Request for a second dog park in Châteauguay Heights/Châteauguay Centre area.
We are aware that there is already one located at the Fernand Seguin Ecological Centre, however a second, more central dog park would be ideal for the residents of the Châteauguay Heights and surrounding areas.
Nous, les citoyens de Châteauguay, demandons une deuxième parc à chiens dans la région de Châteauguay Heights/ Châteauguay Centre.
Nous sommes au courants qu'il ya déjà une situé au Centre écologique Fernand Seguin, mais une deuxième parc à chien, plus central, serait idéal pour les résidents du Châteauguay Heights et les environs.

Walking my dog across town to reach the current park has become a daily struggle that many of you suffer through as well. I have been reaching out to local offices to explain how much we truly need this space in our own neighborhood.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only one tired of the long drive to Fernand Seguin just to let my dog run around. It really hits home to know so many neighbors want the same simple improvement for our daily routines.

We absolutely need another Park, we are falling behind other towns in terms of progress.
Je suis d'accord qu'un autre parc plus centralisé s'était bien pour les propriétaires de chiens.
Effectivement se serait bien surtout que le seul qu'il a est fermé pour 8 mois et que le sol est vraiment salissant pour les chiens.
Would love a more central dog park for my furry friends to play and socialize with other dogs in a safe and fun environment. Montreal has so many with agility toys and water fountains. But what do we have a rock filled area with a fence!
A second dog park would get great use as the first one was recently "renovated" and is not a safe place for our furry friends to run. Rocks have been layed down and during the summer they get extremely hot and it hurts the dogs paws. It also does not allow them to run without getting hurt. A second park would give us options and allow for our furry friends to have more play time
a dog park is a must in any city. it's been long enough that the dog park has been closed.
still waiting for dog park to RE-OPEN ,been months now.

As a dog lover and owner who just recently moved to chateauguay, i would like to have another dog park in the city. with alot of people having dogs, its important for the dogs to learn how to socialize.
