I wish to add my name to those against approval of the redevelopment of 240 Hamilton Avenue, a retail and office building that is likely to generate 50 or more employees, plus customers and clients, but for which there is no parking available on the site or in the commercial district to serve the building or future uses. I also find the building does not meet architectural goals for an area adjacent to a National Register Historic District.
