Please vote YES and sign the petition if you support a new Texas law allowing every day Texans to receive a monthly check for generating power in Texas with their solar panels and wind mills or turbines.Our mission is to advocate for and partner with Texas legislators, citizens, and the business community for the successful enactment of a new Texas “PUBLIC ENERGY INITIATIVE” statute in the 2021 Texas Legislative Session that will benefit all Texans.
The new law will allow private citizens, businesses,
government municipalities, and state government agencies to install solar and
wind-based technologies on their roofs and properties, connect to the power
grid, after which the state of Texas would pay a state rate for the generated
power, resells the energy to energy wholesalers, who in turn sell the power
back to Texas citizens and business entities.
We believe that at least 2.5 million Texans also want to receive monthly income for producing power from their roofs or on their properties. If you're one of them, please sign the petitiion and get those in your lives to do the same. Thank you.

My electric bill is way to high every summer. This sounds like it would actually put some cash back into our pockets instead of just the power company.
