SUPPORT THE CONTINUATION OF MEKAR CAFE
We are asking the relevant management to continue Mekar Cafe’s contract at Mahallah Safiyyah.
This cafe has become an important part of daily life here, and we want to make sure the voice of the residents is heard clearly.
Mekar Cafe has given residents a convenient place to get food, but its value goes beyond that. It has also supported the mahallah community through simple, meaningful efforts that people remember: sponsoring meals for our athletes during the last ISC, and organising a semester-end gathering and meal for residents. These are the kinds of gestures that help build a stronger, friendlier community.
When a place like this is able to stay, it supports more than just hunger. It helps residents feel cared for, connected, and welcome in Mahallah Safiyyah. It gives us a familiar space that serves the community and takes part in community life.
For these reasons, we invite all residents who support the continuation of Mekar Cafe to sign this petition. By signing, you help show that this cafe matters to our community and that we want it to remain part of Mahallah Safiyyah.

Mekar Cafe offers variety of food aside from having friendly sellers and staffs. They take account of every voice of the students.
The cafe is very good cafe with very good food, please management keep this cafe in safiyyah to give ease to us as student who lived in mahallah safiyyah, so we didnt need to spend more to the runner again, please thank you so much
Mekar Cafe is the best sisters cafe that offers variety of food. Moreover, the system for “masakan panas” is very efficient compared to other Mahallah’s cafe. Other than that, the cafe ambience is very nice and it is not hot
mekar cafe provides affordable food with great portions for students in mahallah saffiyah

i am new to mahallah safiyyah and safiyyah’s cafe which is currently operated by mekar cafe. the staff, the sellers are very friendly and nice. some of them get to know me too because i bought the same food from the same vendor for 3 days straight hahaha. overall i love the service i like all.

ofc cause the foods is good many variety, some stalls provide my comfort food, if we gotta wait for new cafe to open new cafe must take long period right maa
