Dutch Fork High School staff members have told students not to use AI for school related items and papers, but what about when it comes to the staff members?
Dutch Fork High School staff members have been using AI on multiple instances to make promotional posters, videos, and images that their talented students would be more than happy to make for them.
Overall, AI harms the environment by contributing to global warming and consuming billions of gallons of water annually.
We believe that responsible adults and school officials should set good examples for the next generations that they are teaching. Using AI sets a bad example for students.
Signing this petition would bring us closer to our goal of getting our principal to agree to getting rid of AI usage in our school!

As a woman who has done ai training/teaching for work, I know how scary the future looks but, also how many kids can use it to cheat on school work, as well as create false online info to hurt others.

Students should be making posters as a fun way to participate in school, it shouldnt be used for ai, and its very, very contradicting
