We are petitioning to get Baseball as a CCPS middle school sport, as there are currently no organized baseball programs in CCPS. Student athletes already have Track, Soccer, Basketball, Cheer and Cross Country. Adding baseball to the CCPS middle school sports roster would increase school spirit, create friendly rivalries with other schools and create a bridge from elementary youth sports to high school competitive sports.
Who can help? Students, Parents, Coaches, Teachers, Athletic Directors
What you can do? Reach out to Baseball Loving Students, Teachers, and anyone you think will help us get our goals.
Another reason We would like baseball in CCPS middle schools is because when these students enter High-school and are offered the program, They often have little to no experience in baseball because unless you are in a separate league, it is readily available.
