Postpone Monday’s Exam for the FIFA World Cup Final
We respectfully request that Monday’s examination be rescheduled so students are not forced to choose between an important exam and the FIFA World Cup final. This final is a once-in-four-years event, and it carries real significance for students and football enthusiasts alike. A one-day postponement would be a fair and simple way to let students take part in this historic occasion while still giving them the time they need to prepare properly for the exam.
For many of us, the FIFA World Cup is more than just a football match. It is a shared global moment, something people follow with family and friends, and a tradition that creates memories that last long after the tournament ends. Supporting one’s country or favourite team and watching the final as it unfolds is a meaningful experience for many students.
We believe this request shows respect for both education and the importance of the World Cup final. The teachers well know that it will affect performance of the students. Do they choose to let that slide? Honestly, i would give the final more importance than the UT.
We're not asking to skip the exam, just to move it by one day. Let us enjoy a once-in-four-years sporting event and come back refreshed for our Maths exam.
A major sporting event is an optional form of entertainment, whereas an examination is an academic obligation that affects students' education and future opportunities. Scheduling academic assessments around every popular event would make conducting examinations impractical and unfair to students who have already prepared according to the announced timetable.Hence i would request for the exam to not be postponed

The fifa world cup is an event which is watched by the whole world. Knowingly or unknowlingly alot of schools are conducting examinations during the final game of this event. Considering the world cup takes place once in four years it will be no surprise to see that all students are eager to watch the match. This petition is a request to postpone our upcoming examination as it will not be possible for the students to the exam on 4 hours of sleep and will affect their performance.
