Request to Postpone the English Exam

Dear Mrs. Hoss,

We, the undersigned parents, thank you for the time and effort that IC continuously devotes to our young athletes, such as the upcoming weekend’s athletic excursion. We strongly believe that developing a sound mind and body, such as nurturing academic excellence as well as athletic competencies and skills including teamwork, leadership, and other skills is what makes IC a unique school and the right choice for our children to succeed in their future.

Since our children will be attending the athletic excursion this weekend, and will be occupied with the mental and physical challenges required of the program, we are concerned about the timing of the English exam that was recently rescheduled from Tuesday to Monday, November 3, to accommodate the holiday.

Although the schedule of the camp shows that our children will have time to work on their homework, the atmosphere will not offer the study space they require to study for their exam.We kindly request postponing the exam to Wednesday November 5, as this will provide our children time to concentrate on their athletic weekend as well as time to prepare for the exam. This, we trust, ensures a healthier balance for success and excellence, a common goal for our children.
