Mr. Rullan has easily been a shining example to myself and many others. An amazing role model. He is one of the best educators turned AP, then principal I’ve ever come across. One who actually cares about his students and staff. What a shame to push someone out who is statistically raising the bar year after year. Decades of contributions made to thousands. Shame on the superintendent and chancellor. They are showing how much they care about their circle, and not the students.

Mr. Rullan is the best thing Maxwell has gotten in years. He listens to the students, he makes the school year worth enjoying and coming to. He hears our concerns and tries to improve everything. He brings the community together as a whole so we can celebrate our success and differences. He looks out for our education and makes sure every child has something positive to say when they go home the following day. It is unfair to fire him after he has done nothing but good for the school and DOE.
