# PETISIE: O/16-RUGBYSPAN 2027

# PETITION: UNDER-16 RUGBY TEAM 2027

**REQUEST FOR A CHANGE OF COACHES — U/16 '27**

**To:** The Governing Body, Rugby Management and the Principal

We, the undersigned players, parents and other interested parties, would like to formally express our preference regarding the coaching of the Under-16 rugby team for 2027.

We appreciate the time and effort involved in coaching our team. However, we feel that the players would prefer to be coached by different coaches.

We believe that this change could help the players develop as individuals and as a team, reach their full potential, and promote a positive team environment — as in their Under-14 year.

We respectfully request that the school management and rugby management consider this request seriously and give us an opportunity to discuss our views in a respectful manner.

This petition represents the opinions and preferences of the people who voluntarily sign it.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
