Sunnyside and the surrounding Yakima Valley deserve more options for affordable groceries. Bringing a WinCo to our community could help families stretch their budgets, create local jobs, and keep more shopping dollars close to home.
I reached out to WinCo on TikTok, and they responded! Now let’s show them how much support there is for a Sunnyside location. While their response isn’t a commitment to open a store, it’s an opportunity to make our voices heard.

I have family has different work hours and we need a stable grocery store that is open 24/7. Not to mention it will bring more work opportunities.
I love shopping at winco but having to drive 40 minutes just to get groceries is hard especially with babies.
I believe our town needs a WinCo Foods because our community is growing, and we need more grocery shopping options that meet the needs of our residents. WinCo would bring many benefits to our town, including 24-hour shopping, giving people the flexibility to shop around their work schedules and busy lives. It would also create more job opportunities for local residents and provide affordable prices on groceries and everyday essentials, helping families save money.

Easier access to a store here plus more of a job
I go to WinCo in Yakima every two weeks this would be great I will earn gas money and won’t have to go far out to get my groceries!!
I don’t have to drive 30-40 mins to get my groceries

Sunnyside is where I was raised and my hometown a Winco would be much better than a Walmart that’s for sure.
