Protect Holmdel: Ban Data Centers in Our Township

Holmdel is a community defined by its residential neighborhoods, open space, historic character, and careful approach to development. Data centers can create significant demands related to electrical infrastructure, land use, water consumption, emergency services, noise, and surrounding development.

We believe Holmdel’s zoning and land-use policies should clearly reflect the type of community residents want to preserve for future generations.

This petition supports the efforts of Mayor Rocco Impreveduto, Deputy Mayor Brian Foster, Committeeman Gary Vanderham, and the Holmdel Republican County Committee as a whole to establish clear protections against data center development in Holmdel.
