We, the undersigned, ask Ryan, Chris, and Ed to retain Lisa Theiss as our office manager for the Scarsdale and Rye offices, while continuing her support for Chappaqua and Armonk. Lisa is an exceptional leader whose professionalism, dependability, organizational skill, and positive attitude make her a steady and valued part of our daily work.

Her experience and the strong relationships she has built help keep our offices running smoothly and give our agents the support they need. She understands the rhythm of the offices, responds with care, and brings a level of consistency that people around her rely on. That kind of presence is not easy to replace.

Those of us who work with Lisa every day know the difference she makes. She has earned our trust, respect, and appreciation through her dedication and her willingness to go above and beyond. Removing her from this role would create disruption and would be a real loss to our team and to the company.

We respectfully ask management to reconsider any decision to replace Lisa and to make every effort to keep her in her current position.
