UC Zwagbox (Red Giant Entertainment) Scam.. Criminal investigation of David Campiti, Benny & Jenna Powell for Credit Card fraud of over $50K
This petition is to inform the Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi & the Clermont, FL police department that Benny & Jenna Powell, & David Campiti, scammed 3000 customers out of over $50,000 dollars via Zwagbox subscriptions (Charging customers credit cards without their permission). Most if not all customers were charged for future transactions they did not give permission for... Benny R. Powell promised he would refund everyone's money which he said "It was an error in the billing process", but, no refunds were returned to the customer.. This petition is to bring to light the many scams Benny & Jenna Powell have been involved with over the years.. This petition will be submitted to the Florida Attorney General & Clermont, FL police department, letting them know this criminal activity has to stop.. We the customers want a criminal investigation of Benny & Jenna Powell for credit card fraud & Grand Larceny... I purchased a Groupon for this Zwag Box subscription as a Christmas gift for my brother. Both he and I are very disappointed. He's never received any items, I don't have a refund and the website is now gone. Very dishonest business!!!
Paid 176.20 for a 6 month subscription + a Markiplier poster. Received 1 Zwagbox in September. Waited patiently while they worked out the problems. Credit card could not be disputed after 60 days so I'm out $176.20!!! Very angry!!
I bought a one year subscription and received one box which I got in October which was the July box. They stole a lot of people money and that's not right I'm still pissed that I didn't receive 12 boxes like I should of and I'm mad about markiplier promoting this company and getting young kids to sign up and steal these kids money.
They tried several times to charge my card that didn't have enough in it for a second box, when I hadn't even received the first box yet. I get fees every time a charge declines for lack of funds, thanks, guys. If I wanted more than one, I'd have subscribed for more.
My credit card was overcharged by $200 without my permission & I was told it was a billing error and I would receive a refund.. I NEVER received a refund or any product.. Clermont, FL police department, please investigate this credit card fraud.

Watched my girlfriend fight with them to get refunded. They never did and continued to try and charge her credit card. She never received the posters she paid for as well.
