UC Zwagbox (Red Giant Entertainment) Scam.. Criminal investigation of David Campiti, Benny & Jenna Powell for Credit Card fraud of over $50K

I got charged for 3 boxes and never even got one of them - Not that it'll ever matter though since neither Mark nor the "company" seem to be acknowledging that it ever even existed.

They took my money as well.

This is all so BS. Especially using Mark as an easy selling point. I fell for it, and was charged for 6 months and only got 1 box.

I'm still so angry

Watched my girlfriend fight with them to get refunded. They never did and continued to try and charge her credit card. She never received the posters she paid for as well.

This "company" stole my money, never refunded me, and stopped replying to emails. What's worse is that most of their customers are young children!

I paid almost $300 for a 1 year subscription and only received 1 box.

Still waiting for mine...hope this helps

I did a three month subscription. Received one box. We were charged for 6 boxes.

Charged for 3 boxes only received 1 box.

My card had 2 unauthorized charges and I never received any merchandise.

Payed for a total of 3 boxes. Received the 1st one and never received the other 2. Contacted them multiple times on this issue with no response.

1 year ago I subscribed because of Markiplier. Received one box, paid for 3 and was double charged once.

Charged for three boxes only received one.

Bought a 3 month subscription via Groupon in December as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As of today, she has not received anything.

I signed up to recieve 3 boxes over 3 months, I received 1 box, several months late, and then never received my 2nd and 3rd boxes. I was scammed of $50 and I want Zwagbox to receive proper punishment for the theft of 50 grand.

Had to get charge reversed by cc co., but that's not really a solution. These people continue to get away with this.

I have bought the box when first announced. It was going well till I was charged twice for the second and third box but did not receive anything. I still remember as a college student that wanted the Markiplier comics.

I purchased a Groupon for this Zwag Box subscription as a Christmas gift for my brother. Both he and I are very disappointed. He's never received any items, I don't have a refund and the website is now gone. Very dishonest business!!!
