We, the undersigned, call upon governments around the world to develop and adopt standardized response & survival guidelines to be followed in the event of a zombie outbreak of any size or classification. These standards must outline the government's response, as well as provide an outlet for guidelines for individuals and families affected by such an outbreak.
its about time we actually had a plan. people are gonna panic if something happens and the govt needs to be ready to tell us where to go before things get crazy.
