The Zero Tolerance policy implemented by the Union Pacific Railroad for the C M S Department is unfair and unjust in reference to Disciplinary assements. Zero Tolerance should mean exactly that and not solely based on individuals involved. If discipline actions are warrented through an fair and impartial investigation then all parties involved should be assessed the same disciplinary actions. In the investigation held on Nov 22, 2011 between Dan M. Nunez and Michael J. Abraham that wasn't the case. This is total bias. Either hold everyone to the same rules or drop it entirely. UP needs to stop playing favorites with who gets punished and who walks away.
