I truly never imagined that so many of you would care about safety on our streets. This momentum is entirely because of the neighbors who brought this up in passing and kept the conversation moving forward.

so glad some is doing this, from previous experiences i've had drivers soak me near the crossings as they dont slow down, i'?e had drivers not waiting till i've crossed all the way, and not even stopping when i've stood there its about time we were heard and something is done about it
Should have been put in years ago! Will slow cars down on a stretch of road that is notorious for speeding motorists
Lets not wait for a serious accident to happen please
Blanket speed limit of 20mph as well. There are kids everywhere.
I agree with this even after being away from Marham for the last 5 years and only being back two weeks. The roads here are far more treacherous today as they were then. p.s SORT THE DRAINAGE OUT TOO!
This needs to be sorted before someone gets killed!

Several times I have been waiting at these crossings and cars have zipped over and once I was halfway across and had to run the second half due to an approaching car not slowing. If this crossing was bumped it would slow all the drivers down and make them aware of the crossing.
