DC & UOIT Students support the student proposed structural changes to the Student Association at Durham College & UOIT and are in opposition to hired VP system or a system that holds VP's solely accountability to the President of the organization. Students want an accountable elected office that reports to the board of directors, that supports a President's voice and the ability to delegate to complete tasks, but not provide unilateral discipline. As well as a bottom to top advocacy development structure including all levels of on campus student government.
