Denbighshire County Council have amazingly decided that spraying double yellow lines all over the pavements was a great idea. Please sign this petition to show how the residents, business owners and visitors are against these unsightly lines and that we would like them removed.
The momentum building behind this request reflects our shared desire to protect the character of our town. I ask that you invite others to join us before we present this growing list to the council members.

Reaching one hundred signatures highlights a shared concern for the character of our town. It is encouraging to see that so many of you value the streets of Ruthin enough to advocate for their restoration.

We are approaching one hundred signatures and this steady growth confirms just how many of us feel that these lines do not belong on our pavements. Reaching this threshold will provide a clearer mandate when we present our concerns to the council. Please take a moment to pass this along to a neighbor so we can maintain our momentum through this week.

Such a shame. Ruthin was lovely and now it looks like an industrial estate with all this yellow paint everywhere.

Ridiculous waste of money. The lines make the whole place look awful and there is nowhere left to park for five minutes to get a paper.
