We, the undersigned residents of Coles Crossing, petition for monument style tenant signage, similar in height and design to the current tenant signage located along Barker Cypress Road as part of the Randalls shopping center development. Monument style tenant signs will have a more sophisticated, unobtrusive look that will blend in with the look that has already been established by the Randalls shopping center and the Coles Crossing community. It is the hope of the Coles Crossing community that Read King Development and HEB Corporate will take the necessary actions to implement a new tenant signage package with monument style tenant signs that will be harmonious with the surrounding area.
