The Bentley field should be worth a lot more than $500m. Might it even be worth north of $1bn provided it was marketed properly ? Whereas the bondholders should get all their money back and more, why should almost all the value (on top of $150m) go to the bondholders ? Private investors can work with bondholders to maximise value out of the field and the company in general.

Shareholder for many years, thought this was one of the safest shares on AIM - in North Sea, great asset, EWT, Sold produced oil via BP etc etc. How did it get to this?
All of the hoo-ha in the press with Philip Green & what he did to BHS & their pensions. MPs always want to look backwards and find out why it happened after the event. Well Theresa May, this is happening NOW! People's hard-earned money & pension pots going down the swanny. Money that could have been pumped back into the economy when the asset came good & shareholders got their just rewards. Instead, we're getting fleeced & the 1% getting richer. How about the PM and MPs get PROACTIVE for a change and intervene on this corrupt casino that is AIM.
