Scandalous,How Britain allows this rout of pensions to continue and allow the money to pour into Rich private hedge funds ,its truly baffling .there will soon be little money left in the system, just Billions in the hedge funds bank accounts, Shame on all of you MPs who sit by and do nothing about this

I am extremely upset at the way shareholders have been treated throughout this process. We need to be treated as equals, why cant we raise more equity?

I've held xcite shares for years and have increased my holding over time,based on what the board have said.

A duty of care is owed to shareholders and this has not been met. Furthermore, statements made immediately prior to this proposal and previously directly contradict the position of the co. and interests of the BoD. There is a case of fraudulent misrepresentations made to shareholders to consider as well. Holding 30,000 shares @ £1.50

I am disgusted at the current situation, categorically NO.

Absolutely no, disgrace for the company to be allowed to get into this situation.

Been in this share for a few years now, so it will be a No from me.

Hopefully a liquidator will get better value for the shareholders rather than giving this valuable asset to the Bondholders . Should this turn out to be Statoil there is something smelly in the North Sea

I've been here since the Tote Tank days. I'm determined to sink their sordid little arrangement with the bondholders. Total disgrace.
