The offer put to Xcite's shareholders was all about keeping an incompetent and potentially dishonest Board of Directors on the gravy train a bit longer. This is at the expense of shareholders who have lost their entire investment due to the Directors' incompetence and bad faith. We will at least now have the satisfaction of taking them and the greedy bondholders down with the ship!

I trusted the board since I know a couple of them and trusted what they were saying and not listening to the doubters. What a mistake. I believe they overvalued the asset and had to much incorrect self belief on their ability to obtain funding.
