I sold out (and lost thousands) when the Board of Directors decided to use an RNS about a small spike in share price to drop the bombshell that shareholders will be left with virtually nothing following the debt restructuring. Absolutely appalling performance from start to finish. My only hope now is for HMRC to add Xcite to the Negligible Value list (unlikely). Good luck all of you.

Like many many others, this was a large chunk of savings for my retirement. Perhaps if the company had been more forthcoming with information we would not be in this abominable mess. I vote NO

100,214 NOs from me. Like others I base investment decisions on the information available at the time. After all it is a brilliant asset that "technically" can be brought to market. My mistake was listening to "the Company".

A $2.5 billion asset, subject to FDP approval when the Company admits they just need a bit more time cannot be sold for $149 million, leaving shareholders with nothing. The boot should be on the other foot, the bondholders should be grateful for 10% of the asset and defer capital repayment until sale or production in return for the very generous gift of 10%!

Have the directors pulled one last stunt by changing the articles of association to make sure shareholders get little or no notice of the EGM so that the directors can steamroller their requirements through? They have shown contempt for shareholders, time for shareholders to chase down what they are up to. Time to email rupert and his mates and find out why no notice of EGM
