I am probably one of the youngest share holders in this company and pumped all my mothers inheritance into this shambles.. my mum passed away at 53 and left me financially stable but like a fool I put the lot in this hell hole... absolutely gutted!!

Been invested in Xcite from 2010 and after too many top ups ended up with 60k wrapped up. Many things have changed in my life over the past few years and not for the better. I listened to the BOD of Xcite and really believed their story. I now feel as if I've been mugged. I just hate the way Rupert Cole as vanished. Sorry for me and my young son and all the other investors who have lost far too much.

The board of directors have not and are not acting in the best interests of the shareholders. The board of directors have shown complete incompetence in the running and administration of the company. This mujst be investigated fully by the relevant authorities to stop this type of abuse ever happening again and to maintain the international reputation of the LSE and AIM, its checks and balances including monitoring abuses, which may damage the UK's international listings reputation and future IPO's by companies if the actions conducted by this board are allowed to continue unchecked. The Scottish authorities must also investigate this as the licences awarded to the company fall within Scottish territorial waters.

NO-NO-100,000 TIMES. I've just put this on whistleblower.co.uk and on FB and sent an email to The Herald & Mail. Everyone needs to do the same or the BoD are going to get away with changing the AoA and shall arrange an EGM to push this through without the Shareholders consent. Don't let the 'alleged' crooks win, send this round to everyone you know and don't be sorry!!!
