A definite No to teh restructure, terms are disgusting after the amount shareholders have spent proving teh asset. I would rather see what we get in/after administration. The BOD deserve to be fired for their performance.

Board of Directors have publicly told shareholders news and information which was no where near reflective of the latest outcome with share dilution. We've been lied to and the board has not acted in the best interest of their shareholders.
This appears to be criminal to me.

Shareholders have a voice with regard to what happens to our company. Collectively we stand strong and collectively we will do what is best to ensure that our position as private investors is protected.

This great north sea asset is being run into dust. What a wastage for UK and Scotland and a missed opportunity to start a heavy oil hub and for UK to lead the world..

As a long term holder of Xcite shares I am sickened by the lack of progress by board of directors, compounded by the lack of transparency. The deal on offer is completely unacceptble and shareholders demand full rundown on proposed restructuring INCLUDING how the deal specifically impacts the directors. I feel the directors are up to no good and have long since forgotten about acting in the best interests of shareholders
