My heart breaks for you. These corporations treat safety like an inconvenience instead of a priority. They need to be hit where it hurts because obviously the small fines dont stop them.
How many more families have to lose everything because some company wants to save a buck? This is just cruel.
811 is there for a reason. Ignoring it is reckless and negligent. Lock them up.
Total incompetence. My brother works on these lines every day and he deserves to come home to his family.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Fines are just a cost of doing business to them. They need to face real consequences for killing people!

So sorry for your loss. Nobody should loose a husband or dad because a company is too lazy to do their job right.
