Save the Wolverhampton Literature Development Officer’s position. Everything that Simon Fletcher has done and built to help Wolverhampton writers over the last 13 years may be destroyed in the coming months, because Wolverhampton City Council have decided to delete this part time position. They have not thought through professionally of how it will affect the writers of the city. What a loss and a shame for Wolverhampton writers and for future potential writers!! We are appalled and want to ask the Council to re-think this decision.
