I have submitted a formal request for a meeting with the Salford City Council members responsible for the park budget. We are currently drafting a briefing document that outlines the specific contributions made during the current improvement programme to present alongside our petition total.

The number of people backing this request has reached a critical threshold that the council can no longer ignore. I am currently drafting a formal letter to the Salford City Council leadership to request a meeting regarding the ranger contract.

Jess has done more for this park in two years than the council has done in twenty. Keep her on or the park is going to go right back to how it used to be.
Ridiculous decision. My kids love the activities she runs. Typical council cost cutting ignoring what the locals actually need.

Leave Jess in her post she is the heart of winton park!!!!
