Seeing this level of support reminds me exactly why our coordinator is the heartbeat of this department. Their work keeps us grounded when things get chaotic and I am overwhelmed by how many of you recognize what we would lose without them.

Are they crazy? We need these people to actually get anything done around here. Stop cutting jobs that matter.
I dont know what I would do without their help every semester. Please leave the support staff alone.
Ridiculous decision. Efficiency isnt just about saving money on paper it is about having real people helping us out.
DO NOT DO THIS. bad move.
The department would fall apart without them. Everything runs smoothly because of the work they do everyday. This is a huge mistake.

Centralisation is just a fancy word for making things worse for everyone. keep our co-ordinator!!!
