We the undersigned wish to:

1. Acknowledge the valuable community and social function that Rangers has provided and could provide

2. Register our opposition to the sale of the property known as Winterton Rangers

3. Register our interest in supporting a community group who wished to take on the property for the good of the community of Winterton to retain both football and social elements of the facility
