We totally oppose the proposed development of 160 houses by Hallam Land Management on the land between Mansfield Rd and the A61 at Winsick.If this development is allowed it will see the already bad traffic situation through Hasland increase to totally unmanageable proportions. This will impact badly on the businesses and shops within Hasland centre.We also feel that that local schools will struggle to accommodate such a big influx to the population and will create many problems getting local children in to schools they wish to attend. Doctors and Dental surgeries will also struggle, as an increase in patients will make harder for locals to be seen.
