Currently, there are 0 single family or semi-detached family dwellings that exceed 2 ½ stories in height within proximity of this proposal • Each residential unit by design, size, re-orientation, green space and lot size is completely out-of-character with existing homes and does not maintain the general intent or purpose with the Official Plan or Zoning By-Law for R2 zoning
