Please can we get this message around as many people in Prestonpans or if you know him so we can let the police know as a community that this 76 year old man who is also registered blind is no threat what so ever to the public and it is indeed bullying and harassment from said neighbours.

have known william myles for 46yrs since marrying his brother and he has always been a pleasant and normally understanding person. he is now registered blind and the peoblems from neighbours over last few years has put a strain on him and his wife.Who in all the years i have known her has never been heard to swear or be aggresive to anyone no matter what situation she may be in .
have known william most of my life and my husband has known him all his life. He is the first to help any one and is not a bully. things were very peaceful until neighbours moved in and started harrassing them nit the other way roynd.
My Uncle is a Vetran, who spent his last worker years as a carer/ support worker for the disabled . in the past he was also given an award for bravery. Now retired he wants to enjoy his time by in his house by the see. My Uncle has be hounded and victimised by one of neighbours .
my parents have worked hard all of there lives and all they want now is to enjoy there retirement in s home they both love in my opinion the couple next door are bullying 2 old age pensioners
These poor people do not deserve the victimisation they receive from their hellish neighbours. They are praying on an elderly couple, making them feel intimidated and scared to step foot out of their own homes. It is disgusting the way these young men have treated them. A 76 year old man to be held in police custody, genuinly over nothing, is appalling. How these men sleep at night I do not know. and how the police don't take action on them for wasting police time and humiliating elderly people is beyond me. These "men" need stopped.
Again farcical reading, I could go through and defend each ridiculous accusation, but best to deal in facts, therefore I will be launching a website in January 2015 to detail the entire 3 years in chronological order, this will include all: All actual scanned letters relating to legal correspondence from my solicitor. All actual scanned letters relating to legal correspondence from Mr Myles solicitor(s). All actual scanned letters relating to correspondence from East Lothian mediation service. All actual scanned ASBO orders relating to the conditions of the order. All video footage of Mr Myles and the extended family leading their peaceful life’s. All still footage of Mr Myles and the extended family leading their peaceful life’s. Mr Myles and the extended family have been present in the altercations with the scaremongering and manipulation neighbours that you fail to inform include my elderly parents, at no time in the 3 years have any of the scaremongering and manipulation neighbours been interviewed by police, cautioned by police, charged by police, issued with any ASBO proceedings or issued with a ASBO, therefore I can assure you I don’t in anyway feel ashamed in taking action against Mr Myles. To address the comment of Mr Myles being registered blind, obviously to indicate some fragility and innocence, I am confused, Mr Myles selectively uses his white stick, the first appearance of the white stick being at the recent court case where he pleaded ‘Guilty’, I am sure reviewing the footage on the website you can comment on this to explain. As for your comments on being deceitful I will allow you to openly comment on my website, Mr Myles has CCTV installed on his property (prior to me moving in) so please feel free to submit any video or pictorial footage displaying the scaremongering and manipulation neighbours.
I am one of the manipulation, scaremongering neighbours, I find the petition farcical, Mr Myles and his extended family fail to point out that on purchasing the property Mr Myles had 2 off the road, rusting sorn cars parked directly in front of my property which I asked him to move, and made the offer of parking one car on my land, it was at this point that Mr Myles started his campaign. In the past 3 years Mr Myles has been verbally/physically abusive, thrown hand gestures, spat on my property, then when under threat of an ASBO being issued he took upon manipulating underage children to throw hand gestures to continue his campaign to circumvent the law. Mr Myles enjoys capturing the attention of any passer-by to inform them of his terrible predicament at the hands of his neighbours where his drive way located in the boundary wall has been blocked by a fence, but fails to tell them that there was never a drive way in the boundary wall, a simple Google maps street view will show that, additionally the fence had full planning consent from East Lothian council, Mr Myles submitted objections but none relating to access rights or ownership? He also fails to tell them that he was offered by the manipulating, scaremongering neighbours at no financial cost a new deed of servitude that would grant him vehicular access over my lad to his newly created drive way, as the current deed only offers pedestrian access, on the day prior to signing Mr Myles threw a hand gesture and voiced the words ‘F*** Y**’, it was at that point (18 months later, negotiating and giving Mr Myles access in receipt of daily abuse) my gates were locked. Mr Myles has every legal right to challenge the access under law but to date he and his solicitor(s) have not taken any action nor in the extensive legal correspondence displayed any deed stating otherwise. I agree that the community of Prestonpans should read a balanced view of Mr Myles, I have added 2 petitions displaying pictures of Mr
