I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this because it was never my intention to lead something that resonated with so many people. This belongs to all of you who stepped up to defend our community hub when I felt like we were totally alone. Please know that the credit for this movement belongs entirely to the residents who chose to speak up.

you cant just stick a counter in the corner of a newsagents and expect it to work for the whole community. john street is a proper branch.
My nan uses this every week for her pension and cant get to the next town over on the bus. How are people supposed to manage?
Too many shops closing lately. leave it alone.
This is rediculous. The town is dying enough as it is without taking away our post office. We need this branch open.
Always busy when I go in there. clearly shows people need it. stop making cuts to things that actually matter to people.
