We have sent a note to property mgmt. This a very large increase to not have informed us about.
I feel strongly that we should have a meeting to discuss this very large increase in fees and an explanation of some of the items listed.
Unreasonable rate increase.

There are several line items which need to be addressed as well. We can compile a list for submission to address individual items and I believe several residents are also sending in letters with questions. Hopefully we can arrange an online chat forum so that everyone can be part of the discussion. Thanks again.
