Following the West Torrance High School's renovations the TUSD decided to remove the concepts of blinds, due to "modernization". Currently the buildings that have been effected by the removal of blinds are Building 3 and Building 4. Due to the increased reports of shootings on campus and various reasons, it is imperative we re-install the blinds on the Buildings of West High School.
