Offender Telephone Services gives Texas Inmates 240 minutes a MONTH to make phone calls to the 10 family members/friends on the offenders visitation list. That's only 24 minutes per MONTH per family member/friend. We are petitioning to offenderphones@tdcj.state.tx.us to ask that they consider giving us MORE minutes. Thank you
