Die doel van hierdie petisie teen die Wetsontwerp op Onteiening en die Wetsontwerp op die Regulering van Grondbesit is om publieke steun te mobiliseer teen hierdie uiters gevaarlike en potensieel hoogs skadelike voorgestelde wetgewing. Die werklike beweegrede agter die wetsontwerpe is om instrumente te skep vir inpalming van grond en ook alle ander eiendom, sonder vergoeding.
Die petisie is daarop gemik om soveel publieke steun teen voorgenome grondgryp en staatsdiefstal van eiendom op te bou, dat die Parlement sal afsien van albei hierdie wetsontwerpe en dit vir alle praktiese doeleindes begrawe. SA moet 'n land van vryheid bly en mense moet nie bedreig word oor hul grond en eiendom wat hulle regmatig en met hul sweet en geld verkry het nie.
Ditsem Nuus hoop om 250 000 elektroniese handtekeninge ter ondersteuning van hierdie petisie te kry voor 30 April 2017 waarna ons die petisie met die handtekeninge elektronies formeel aan die Parlement wil voorlê.

Geen gewaarborgde private eiendomsbesit, dan geen belegging of ontwikkeling, dan ellende en verarming weens gebrek aan benutting van hulpbronne!!
Land theft will not correct wrongs of the past and will impact on the economy as rates and taxes will no longer be paid by legitimate owners. Such owners will also stop paying the bonds which will collapse the banking system. What were the benefits of these actions in Zimbabwe?
Wanneer sal die mense leer dat grondonteiening nie oornag boere met ervaring, kennis en potensiaal skep nie. Die feit dat iemand grond verniet kry maak beslis nie van hom 'n boer nie, al dink hy so.
Some of South African land is in the hands of farmers and individuals, BUT by far and away the biggest owner of land is the Government. Why cannot the Government then develop some of this for black towns with schools, supermarkets, black business opportunities, etc.
wat ek nie verstaan nie,die boere is in staat om die publiek tevoorsien van voedsel.waarvan gaan ons leef as die plase oorgegee is aam mense wat niks van boerdery of voorsiening weet nie..
Die staat (huidge regering) het al oor en oor bewys dat hul nie in staat is om enigiets suksesvol aan te pak en af te handel nie. Dis omdat hul kaderontplooide amptenare onbevoeg is en weens algehele korrupsie in die totale staatsbestel.
Ons betaal nog steeds daarvoor met bloed en geld.

Taking land away from it's rightful owners without compensation is NOT democratic and is NOT freedom for all. According to our constitution the deeds of land determines the owner thereof.
