We the undersigned of Plumstead Common residents really do not want a chicken take away shop on our common. We do not think the illuminated signage is appropriate for a conservation area. Another fast food outlet is not what the residents of Plumstead need or want.
The local planning office is feeling the pressure from our growing list of names so keep the momentum going by emailing your council representative today. Mention the impact of the signage on our conservation area specifically. We need to keep this pressure steady until they officially reject the application.

The momentum behind this effort shows that our neighbors refuse to accept an eyesore in our conservation area. Email your local council representative today to demand that they reject the application for the shop. Post a link to this petition on your Facebook page to warn the rest of the community before it is too late.

Think of the traffic on that corner. It is already a nightmare turning out of the side streets.

Totally inappropriate for a conservation area. The bright lights will look awful at night.

Please dont let this happen. This area is for the community not for commercial junk food spots.
