At this moment our workers at De Wilgers are forced to stop working at De Wilgers. Apparently, they will be replaced by other workers.
We as De Wilgers want to keep the workers at De Wilgers please. They have been working for years at De Wilgers. They know everything about De Wilgers inside and out. We have built relationships with them. We have grown with them. We love them and care for them. De Wilgers is their home.
This petition is a request to keep the workers working at De Wilgers Mens Residence.
This petition is very urgent as the workers was commanded to leave the residence on 1 June 2021, which is today.

These guys are like family to us here at De Wilgers. You cant just replace them like they are nothing after all this time. Please leave them alone!
Our workers work here for years and it would be very sad to lose them after all these years
Hulle was al vir jare by koshuis en hey met ons verhouding gebou. Hulle verdien om te bly
I have a great bond with the workers and are satisfied with their cleaning servives. They should keep working here as they are apart of De Wilgers

The current workers in De Wilgers have truly formed part of our residence. The know the residents and residence extremely well. Also, with the possibility that our Residence officer will need to retire at the end of this year, it would be chaos if we have no one who knows the inner workings of the residence. Therefor I believe it is not sustainable to bring in new staff and line managers in the same year. I hope you will consider this thoroughly. Kind regards Johan Malan
