Only educated factual thoughts should be presented when delivering the news. Haiti is a thriving nation and should be respected as such. Stop shaming Haiti and its ppl instead work on building up its reputation. It can't be that much of a bad place ask the Clintons it's where they spend at lot of their past time.

We Dont just deserve an apology, she needs to be fired. Her comment was not only false, but very disrespectful to whole nation. Someone as ignorant and as disrespectful as her does not deserve to be on air. She was hired to report the truth and that doesn't have an ounce of truth in there.

I would love for Jennifer to corroborate what she said about Haitians eating trees with proof. If she can provide proof then a public apology is in order. Her comment makes her sound and look damn and ignorant.

As a Haitian woman, I am offended by the broadcast of LIES by this woman on national tv. My mother taught me from a very young age, Haitians will never go hungry... our land cultivates rich fruit vegetables, our people are generous to one another, our meat is not genetically modified.. we kill, pluck, skin and cook our own meat fresh from the farm! HOW DARE YOU! This news anchor ought to stay with my grandparents in Port-Au-Prince and learn a thing or two.
