We want amenities not properties on the entrance to the Great Easthall estate

Stop the building of more dwellings on the entrance to the Great Easthall Estate. Residents were told when purchasing their properties that there would be amenities not additional dwellings to make an aleady congested estate gridlocked. Say no to the planning permission for additional dwellings.

We need shops on our estate please, not more houses. Town is always heavy with Traffic and having local shops may reduce congestion. It will create new job opportunities and reduce unnecessary traffic in town. Also will save the community time & money on fuel. Can we get what we have been promised ?
No more houses we need schools, educational facilities and small local shop that we were promised. A Dr's or pharmacy, hairdressers and other small businesses not more crammed in houses!
We need shops pub/restaurant surgery and some decent roads not more houses. We want these amenities that Bovis promised us we don't even have a post box
There's enough litter and pollution with the population where it's at let alone increasing housing here! We were promised shops and other amenities when buying a property here and so far no promises have been met!
No more houses until more than 1 road in and out on our estate. Sittingbourne is a nightmare as it is on the roads, why keep building more houses, think about additional schools, decent shops and things that sittingbourne actually needs. We need shops and amenties on our estate like we was promised 10 years ago!
We want to build a community, with a pub, ,doctors a community centre so we can build something for the kids to do!! That was what we was all told!! Also need a shop and these are the things we was promised when moving here!!

Shops and a pub is what we need on this estate as stated by the company's that sold us our houses on this land. Sorry but I believe this is classed as false advertising by these companies that have sold us our homes.
