The residents of this township support the Wernersville Public Library. We are asking the Lower Heidelberg township supervisors to reconsider cutting library funds in half in 2021. During this pandemic people are leaning on resources like the public library system to help educate our children and provide outlets to them. We ask that you use our tax dollars to support the Wernersville Public Library. Please strongly consider giving $4 per capita to the library.

The supervisors remain silent despite the feedback flowing into their offices. I am tired of the stonewalling but I know we cannot back down while the library funding is still on the chopping block.

Reaching this point has been an exhausting uphill climb but the momentum behind our library is finally undeniable. I am drained by the fight but seeing so many neighbors agree on this basic necessity keeps me moving forward.

My kids grew up in this library. Cutting their budget during a year like this is just plain wrong. Please do the right thing.
We love the activities and events we have attended at the library and the online zooms they have been doing have been great as well!
Libraries are more important than ever during this pandemic. Please keep funding and supporting Wernersville Public Library! Libraries store the energy that fuels the imagination. We support our Wernerville Library! They are a wonderful resource of information and enjoyment for our community, especially during this difficult time of isolation and quarantine!
I support the library and do not want the money devoted to the library to be cut in anyway. I actually want their budget to expand. Please cut money somewhere else in the budget.

Please continue to fund the library! The Wernersville Public library offers so much to our community with very little funds to begin with can’t imagine how much it will hurt if you cut funds in half!
