We, the undersigned, all being residents of Seaside, California and its neighboring communities, respectfully request the City of Seaside Successor Agency and the City Council negotiate an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with In-N-Out Burgers for the site at 1350 Del Monte and to ignore any "pie in the sky" proposals for a hotel on the site.

Finally a good idea for once. Sick of driving all the way to Salinas just for a burger.
enough with the hotels. the locals want actual food options we can afford.
