We realize the importance lies not in the number of wins, but in the fact that the Halls community, Halls High School, and the Halls High School football team have such a dedicated leader and excellent role model in Coach Julian. Kevin Julian has been a part of the Halls community since he was 5 years old. There is no individual more dedicated to his community, his school, and his team than Coach Julian. He has immeasurable integrity. The life lessons he teaches and the character qualities he tries to instill in our youth are invaluable.
