We have tried the new chat feature but it is glitchy and most importantly does not allow for quick transfer of images and files which is imperative for efficiency and clear communications between staff.

The feedback I keep getting from all of you confirms that these current technical issues are grinding our daily work to a complete halt. I am still waiting for any acknowledgement from management regarding our request for a better tool. It is exhausting to keep fighting for the basic equipment we need to do our jobs properly.

The current tool just keeps crashing on me. Skype was way more reliable for sending screenshots.
so tired of waiting for images to load. need this fixed asap.
why did they take it away in the first place? never made sense to me
PLEASE. The amount of time I spend trying to get simple files to go through is driving me nuts.
Just give us back Skype. It works. The other stuff is just a headache.
i think slack is the way forward. although i havent used it yet :s

I miss being able to see who is actually online. This new thing is just confusing.
