Robert Wayne king as we all know is a nuisance of Hartsville sc. He is homeless and gets locked up Daily. He has harrassed numerous people.Im unsure if he has recently been evaluated by mental health. I do know that I posted info on him and had at least 94 shares on the post along with comments saying how much trouble he has caused. He will get locked up only to be let out on personal bond the next day usually. So I'm asking for the safety of our area and children mostly to have him put away for good, away from Hartsville sc/ Darlington county.

I have compiled the reports provided by community members and am currently drafting a formal letter for the District Attorney. We are now preparing to request a meeting with local law enforcement to discuss the limitations of the current bond process.

I was in the Markette up town on Wednesday afternoon and he was there harassing me to give him a ride. I told him no so many times. He ended up calling me names. He then started asking other customers and would be upset everytime he was told no.
This behavior is unexceptable around anyone especially children, actions of this nature can harm a child for life. Plus if his condition is from a mental disorder then he does need to be evaluated and admitted to a place that will keep the children and folks in the communities safe but will also keep him safe. Just because it’s not in your town or community doesn’t mean your can’t/shouldn’t read and sign the petition, If these things were happening to your loved ones you’d want us to reach out to as many folks as we could to get them to sign to keep them safe so Please sign this petition. This man has been a constant nuisance for years, threatened me and my family and friends a few times. I've seen him arrested 3 times in the last 6 days. How is he still free?
I've never been harassed or come out by this particular person but I feel the need to sign this because of others to keep them and their family safe I fully support that this man needs to be put somewhere and had a mental evaluation run on him and put in a mental institution of sorts
He has harrassed my 3 & 6 yr old. He's caught looking in my daughter's bedroom window at 1am. He hit our 8yr old neighbor. Busted a hole in our vinyl siding of our home. Snatched my son's chips away and called him a spoiled brat. We go to court on September 4th to try to keep him in longer and keep our restraining order active. -raven

This guy walks past my house fairly regularly- he usually swears at me or is talking to himself and carrying random, seemingly-stolen property. Someone please do something about him and the other hundred crazy, cracked-out, super-repeat-offenders?!?! I feel like the cops ignore it!

He does need help i worked in the bakery at the Markette for 10 years and he was always doing something to get arrested for and i have been gone from there for 12 years and it is still going on except it is worse it is time they do something with him for him self and the safety of everyone else
