We do Hearby Petition:TDCJ Directors,TDCJ Warden Jenichec(Ferguson Unit),Titus County Judge in reference to Trial Court No. 13,791,Titus County District Attorney,and Titus County Sheriffs Department,in Reference to:Sherman E. Royal#939450 12120 Savage Drive Midway,Tx 75852 The reason for this Hearby Petition is to Demand that Sherman E. Royal#939450 recieves a new Trial,(due to the original trial was handled of a nature consisting of injustly behaviors from Law Enforcement officals in Titus County(A Particular-Officer Larry Macomber)which presented a photograhic spread to Witness Ashley Wilson,in which in this photographic spread,there was an sugesstive marking aroung Mr Royals photo.This rendered the procedure Improperly Sugesstive.On appeal,the trial court abused it\'s discretion by admitting evidence of extraneous offenses,and by failing to suppress evidence of Mr Royals pretrial photographic identification.Law enforcement correreced Mr Royal,and at one time failed to provide Mr. Royal with Proper Counsel.There was not any DNA Samples taking from the Victim(if there was samples taking they were never admitted into evidence)We do Hearby Acknowledge and accept these facts to be true.We Demand that Mr. Royal Recieves a Fair Trial In a court of his peers WITHOUT PREJUDUICE. We do hearby Demand that Mr. Royal is Transfered to Barry B Telford Unit in New Boston,Tx as soon as possible,due to very little contact with his Family being he is too far from his Grandmother Hurlene Doddy.She raised him from a baby.Ms. Doddy is 71 years of age and Very ILL.Mr Royal has recieved visits from Family,But it is very seldom,in which he does,So therefore we Demand That Mr. Royal Be Transferred Immediatly. Our Strength comes in Numbers,Our Voices Must Be Heard,and our Cries will no longer be Silent....
